We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our software products (including AgentDocs, AgentID, and MCP servers) for personal or commercial development purposes. License keys are strictly limited to the purchasing entity and cannot be shared or distributed.
Certain API-driven systems (such as AEO Score Auditor and AgentSight) are subject to monthly call limits, throughput restrictions, and automated spend rules. Any attempt to bypass authorization walls or bypass API security limits will result in immediate suspension of service.
The code repository, tool documentation, MCP interface definitions, and branding are the intellectual property of Genius Biz Systems, protected under Panama Law 15 (Copyright) and international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
